Hotel M is a contactless hotel, where you can manage everything simply and without waiting at the reception. The entire process from arrival to departure is designed to be as fast and comfortable as possible for guests.
1. Booking
Select your desired dates and book your stay online.
2. Pre-Arrival Information
Before your arrival, we’ll send you all the essential information for your stay, including your hotel access code.
3. Key Collection
Upon your arrival at the hotel, simply enter using the code we’ve sent you. In the lobby, you’ll find our smart key boxes, where your room key will be ready for collection. To open your box, please use the same code you used to enter the hotel.
4. Your Stay
Once you’ve collected your key, you can immediately settle in and enjoy your stay.
5. Departure
When checking out, simply drop your key back into the designated box in the lobby.
